Welcome to our Open-Door Tour in the French Quarter. The French Quarter is in the heart of the old city. From the historic architecture to the hidden gardens, this is sure to be one of your best-spent afternoons! Docents are present at each home to tell you about the homes history and special stories. You may meet prominent citizens of history: heroes, villains, vampires, and voodoo queens. We provide you with a map with the homes marked so that you can walk from home to home at your own pace. These private homes are not usually open to the public. You will see the beautiful interiors with marble fireplaces, grand parlors, and stately dining rooms.
