TWU PMP Training Trinity Western Univerity Trinity Western University’s Bellingham Extension announces the launch of a Project Management Professional Program, consisting of a series of seven courses that can lead to PM Certification if the student passes the PMI exam. We are seeking both students and instructors for these courses, to begin in February.
Students can take only these courses and earn a PM Certificate from TWU, or, students can apply these courses to a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership. Classes are taught on the Bellingham campus, with each class lasting seven weeks. Students attend one night a week and one Saturday every seven weeks. The PM Certificate Program can be finished in one year. Interested students should contact Dr. Cynthia Gibson at Cynthia.gibson@twu.ca to schedule an appointment for a transcript evaluation and learning plan.
Instructor qualifications are at least a Master’s degree in a related area (doctorate preferred and transcripts required), Project Manager experience and education, demonstrated computer literacy and proficiency, and a Christian worldview. Instructors must be able to commit to the seven-week course: teaching one night a week for seven weeks from 6-9:00 p.m. and one Saturday from 9-4:00 p.m. Instructors must be able to deliver the course content in a 2/3 face-to-face environment and 1/3 online environment. Pay for the course, if a minimum number of students (10) enroll, will be $3000 and no benefits.
