About the Speaker: Samir Penkar is a project manager who loves challenging projects – high speed, high stress and big gains. He is part of the E2 Practice with TRISSENTIAL, an improvement company focused on strategy, management and execution. For the last 15 years Samir has been an entrepreneur, coach and project manager. His favorite methodology is agile project management, which he successfully applied to many large & small projects.
An active volunteer for the PMI chapters throughout the nation – from Maine to Minnesota, Samir has devoted countless hours volunteering for local PMI chapters, working with and observing project managers. He has lead projects from $10,000 to $8 million, with team sizes ranging from a few to over 150 resources. |
